【Regular Service】Kurashinity is a service designed to assist
working people. Therefore, we cater a
housekeeping service where customers can be away from home while
we provide the service.
However, we request the customers to be at home during the initial
visit.
【 Spot Service】We request the customers to be at home.
※Storage fee of ¥1,100/month is charged for customers opting for Key-Storage services.
Currently, we only settle payments by credit card. (Visa , Master
, JCB , AMEX , DINERS).
For Spot service,
NP Atobarai air
is also available.
It is a safe and easy payment method that allows you to pay later
at "convenience stores,"
"post offices," "banks," and "LINE Pay."
There is no postpaid fee. The invoice will be mailed after the
service is provided, please pay
within 14 days of issuance.
*Note
For NP Atobarai air, the terms and conditions of
Net Protections, Inc.
is applied. We will provide personal
information within the scope of the service. The maximum usage
limit is 300,000 yen (tax included) in total.

▼ Point System(Smile-Points) For Monthly Subscription Services,
in the event that service
cancellations are difficult to reschedule within the same month;
Smile-Points is issued for
customers to use on different date.
We will end the holiday transfer services. Instead, Smile-Points
will be issued for service dates that fall
on public holidays including Golden Week.
- 1 Point : Equivalent to the number of service
hours from the Smile-Point will be issued.
- Point Validity and Expiration :
Within 6 months from the date the Smile-Point was issued.
*The cancelled service date is the Smile-Point issuance date and
not the date of notice for cancellation.
- Unit of Use : 1 Point Unit (Cannot be used in
installments)
*Smile-Points are not granted for the Year-End and New Year
holidays.
*Smile-Points will automatically expire on the service contract
termination date even within the
validity period.
※There is no option to reschedule services which were booked with
Smile-Points.
Changes or cancellations is not possible after the reservation has
been made.
*Customers are responsible for their “Smile-Point” management.
A “My Page” system for each customer will be available from
October 2023.
Customers can check accumulated Smile-Points and its expiration
date.
Since there is a possibility that Smile-Points may not be utilized
within their validity period due to
lack of available service slots.
We recommend customers to use them in a planned manner.
▼ Rescheduling
For Monthly Subscription Services, rescheduling option is
available.
If customers notify us prior to the cut-off time, you may transfer
the service on another date provided
that the rescheduled service has the same service duration as the
original schedule.
However, the transfer date must be within the same month as the
original service date.
In the situations where it is difficult to reschedule the services
within in the same month;
Smile-Points will
be issued.
* Changes and cancellations on the rescheduled service will be
considered as service provided.
* Extensions, additional services and services using Smile-Points
are not eligible for rescheduling.
▼ Service Date Cancellation
For Monthly Subscription Services, if customers notify us for a
cancellation of a service provision
date until the application deadline (by 12:00 noon on the business
day prior to the scheduled service day),
the cancellation request will be accepted, and
Smile-Points will be issued.
*Monthly Subscription Fees will not be reduced or refunded due to cancellation.
As we are closed on holidays, there will be no services. If the
regular plan service date falls on a holiday,
Smile Points will be issued that can be used on a different
service day.
Please note that Smile Points are not granted for Year-End and New
