Finally, the heat has calmed down. As it feels like we are approaching the end of the short autumn and the beginning of winter, we would like to inform you of our service schedule for the New Year holidays.

During this period, our services and customer support center (phone, email) will be closed.
We will resume regular business hours from January 6th, 2025 (Mon) for the new year.

※No "Smile Points" will be issued for this period.
※Service dates can be confirmed from "My Page."
In particular, for those with a "biweekly plan" whose contract date coincides with the New Year holiday period, there maybe a long gap between service dates, so please check.
