・If there is no request received, Smile Points will be issued on the day after the holiday. Please manage it systematically and use within the 6-month validity period.

■ Bi-weekly plan User Reminder
Kurashinity sets service days regardless of public holidays.
If you have a biweekly plan scheduled during Golden Week, that service will be skipped, and your next service will take place the following week. Please review your schedule on “My Page”.
